Returns & Refunds
At Ascendica, we want you to feel confident and supported when you shop with us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help make sure your fully satisfied.
We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery for sealed, unopened products.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@drinkascendica.com within 14 days of delivery. Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving your return.
We stand by our products and understand that taste preferences vary. If you’re unsure whether a full-size product is right for you, we recommend trying one of our sample packs before purchasing larger sizes.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you purchased Route Package Protection at checkout and your order arrives damaged, stolen, or lost, please file a claim directly at claims.route.com. You will need your order number and photos of the damage. Route typically approves claims within 24–48 hours and will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
If we sent you the wrong item or something is missing from your box, please contact us within 48 hours at info@drinkascendica.com. Please include:
*Your order number
*A photo of the incorrect item received
*A photo of the shipping label on the box
Once verified, we will ship the correct item to you immediately at no extra cost.
